Return and Damaged Goods Policy
Damaged Shipments
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain
all packing materials and product. Since all of our shipments are insured
through FedEx. They may require evidence of the damage in order to pay
any claim. Please call our store within 24 hours of receiving your package
with damaged merchandise and we will instruct you of the next step.
We
cannot be held responsible for packages left on porches due to special
instructions left for your FedEx driver.
Return Policy
We want you to be
happy with the products that you purchase here at Home Décor by
Murphy’s. We understand that sometimes a product must be returned
and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand
the following rules and exceptions regarding returns.
- All shipments
are final. No item can be re-turned for the reason of simply not liking
it. Our Products are of the highest quality in every fashion.
- Damaged
items are the only ones that can be returned. All damage claims must
be called into Home Décor by Murphy’s Customer Service Line within
36 Hours of delivery to your home.
- Any merchandise that is returned
because the Address is Not deliverable and it is the address you submitted
with your order will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee that will be
charged to your credit card.
- On any freight shipments please tell us where
you can be reached to arrange delivery. Example cell number, work number,
etc. Freight will only be available for delivery Monday thru Friday between
the hours of 8am and 5pm so before you purchase an item with freight
delivery please make sure these days and times will work in your schedule.
If an item that requires freight shipment already has freight included
in the price we will contact you before shipment to make sure delivery
will not be a problem for you.
